Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut away a runner gate from a formed resin product effectively by a method in which a formed resin products are clamped by a clamp mechanism on the way where formed resin products and a runner gate are carried, and then said clamp mechanism is oscillated. CONSTITUTION:A runner gate (a) and formed resin product (b) are carried to a predetermined position by conveyer belts 1, 1. When they reach said position, the conveyer belts 1, 1 stop and a air cylinder 11 is actuated and further a solenoid 16 is energized, thereby turning a clamp piece 14 in the arrow direction by means of a lever 15. Accordingly, the formed resin product (b) is clamped with the conveyer belt 1 between a conveyer rail 8 and the clamp piece 14. At this state, rotary frames 7, 7 fixed to rotary shafts 4, 4 are turned in deviated manner by the operation of a motor 21. The connecting portion (c) between the formed resin products (b), (b) and a runner gate (a) is cut off by bending.
