Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing process, by using the same board for a cell board and a display panel board. CONSTITUTION:The display panel of cell boards 11a, 11b, 11c is masked to form amorphous Si with plasma CVD of SiH4. The 1st layer is the P layer doping B2H6 with impurity 50-100Angstrom in film thickness. The 2nd layer is plasma reaction of SiH4 to be formed into I layer in 5,000-7,000Angstrom in thickness. The 3rd layer is N layer doping impurity for PH3 in 300-1,000Angstrom in thickness. Further, the electrode Al is vacuum deposited and the board is heated to 200-400 deg.C. Next, liquid crystal is put in, and after sealing hole with IN ball, polarized plates are sticked in front and at the back of display panel through molding. Thus, the same board is used for the boards 11a-11c and display panels 13a-13c, to reduce the number of components.
