Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature of a transistor and the vicinity of the transistor constantly by maintaining the emitter current of the transistor constantly and controlling the collector voltage so that the voltage between the base and the emitter becomes a predetermined value to control the quantity of heat therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The emitter current IE of a transistor (Tr) T is maintained constantly, the voltage VBE between the base and the emitter is compared with a reference voltage value VS via an operational ampilfier OP. When the voltage VBE is higher, the output voltage of the amplifier OP and hence the voltage VCE between the collector and the emitter of the Tr T is raised. Since the temperature of the Tr T is accordingly raised and the voltage VBE is reduced, it eventually becomes equal to VS. When the VBE is lower than the VS, vice versa, and the VBE is so controlled as to always become equal to the VS. Thus, the Tr T is always maintained at a predetermined constant temperature, and the temperature of the other Tr disposed in the vicinity thereof can be maintained constantly.
