Abstract
PURPOSE:To give excellent characteristics even with the assembly of lateral PNP, by the control of the symthesized base current of the constant current circuit consisting of PNP transistors so that the collector current of the 1st stage transistor is constant. CONSTITUTION:The collector voltage E1 of the 1st stage transistor 13 is input to the base of the transistor 12 of differential amplifier, the base of the transistor 13 is given to the collector of the transistor 11, and the base current of the transistor 13 is controlled so that the collector voltage E1 can be in coincidence with the reference voltage E0. Thus, the collector current of the transistor 13 is almost adjusted to a constant value, thereby adjusting the collector current of the transistor 14 to a given value and supplying excellent constant current to the load.
