Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the frequency dividing signal from a lower synchronizing signal over broad band, by avoiding the limit due to the frequency selection of a local oscillator, through the playback of a signal in synchronizing with the microwave signal at a low frequency by using phase synchronizing loop. CONSTITUTION:A part of an input microwave signal (a) is branched at a distributor 1 and input to a phase detector 6, and the phase difference with the signal from a frequency multiplifier 7 is detected at the phase detector 6. The detected output is amplified at a loop amplifier for phase synchronizing feedback loop and fed to the voltage controlled oscillator 9. The oscillator 9 outputs the frequency in response to the input voltage and it is outputted to the multiplier 7 and also to the frequency divider 5, and the frequency-divided output is the signal in synchronizing with the phase of microwave signal.
