Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep always constant the phase difference of two inputs of a multiplier, by synchronizing the output frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator to the input signal frequency with a phase comparator and an integrator. CONSTITUTION:The AM signal is incoming from a terminal 1, the signal amplified at the amplifier 11 is fed to one input of a multiplier 12 and fed to another input of the phase comparator 15. The output of a comparator 15 is fed to a voltage controlled oscillator 17 through an integrator 16, the output of an oscillator 17 is fed to another input of the multiplier 12 and to another input of the comparator 15. Thus, the phase difference between two inputs of the multiplier 12 is always kept constant, allowing to zero the phase difference.
