Abstract
PURPOSE:To arrange so that all an amplitude, a static position, etc. are indicated in vector and an absolute value, a change value, and a change rate may be monitored by inputting outputs from a reference pulse detector and an oscillation detector and comparing a three-component vector arithmetically operated with an absolute value. CONSTITUTION:A single pulse or a plural number of pulses per revolution are detected from a reference pulse detector 3 installed on a rotary member of a motor. While axial oscillations of a motor 2 and a rotary machine 1 are dtected by an oscillation detector in the form of electrical signals. Outputs from the reference pulse detector 3 and an oscillation detector 4 are input to an analog-type vector arithmetic operator 5. Then a static position vector 6, a reference wave component vector 7 and the second harmoic component vector 8 are arithmetically operated, being input into a comparative arithmetic operator 9 to be compared with set values 10 respectively. When each component vector exceeds the set value 10, an alarm and a stop signal 11 are output.
