Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the impregnating and retaining properties for the varnish to be used for impregnation as well as to improve the insulating characteristic for subject armature coil by a method wherein the bonded sheet of a film insulating material and glass cloth is used as the insulator-to-ground to be wound on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A sheet wherein a film 8 and glass cloth 9 are adhered by a bond 10 is employed as the ground insulator material 3 which is fabricated by rolling the same wrapping around the armature coil 4. At this time, the thickness of the film 8 is to be 0.025-0.25mm. and the thikness of the glass cloth 9 is desirable to be within the range of 0.025-0.25mm.. Also, the desired quantity of the glueing bond 10 to be used is less than 30%. Through these procedures, the impregnating property is improved and the retaining property of the varnish can be improved as well.
