Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the corona resisting property and the heat cycle resisting property as well for subject stator winding by a method wherein the laminated material of a nonwoven fabric tape and an ethylene tetrafluoride tape processed by a semiconductor varnish is wound on the main insulating layer in such manner that the ethylene tetrafluoride tape is positioned on the outer side. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductive tape 8 is formed by joining together the nonwoven fabric tape 8A processed by the semicondutive varnish and the ethylene tetrafluoride tape 8B using a bonding material 8C. This semiconductive tape 8 is wound on the main insulating layer 2 of a conductor 1 in such manner that the tetrafluoro ethylene tape 8B is located on the outside, and the whole of which is processed by varnish after it has been inserted to core slot 4. Through these procedures, the ethylene tetrafluoride tape 8B is tightly bonded to the inner surface of the core slot and an excellent slidability is obtained as well, thereby enabling to increase both the corona resisting property and the heat cycle resisting property.
