Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength and the reliability of insulation as well for the subject coil by a method wherein an assumblied mica tape is provided on the most inner layer and the most outer layer of the insulated wrapper, to be wound on the linear section of a coil conductor, and on the overlapped section of the insulating tape at a coil end section. CONSTITUTION:The wrapper to be wound on the linear section of the coil conductor 4 is formed by overlapping the assemblied mica 7 and a frame mica wrapper 8. A tapered section B is formed at an axial end sections of these wrappers 7 and 8, and at the same time, the assemblied mica wrapper 7 is formed in such manner that both ends are made as wide as the measurements of A and C. The lengths of A and C are to be the ones satisfactory enough to make a full round around the conductor 4. The overlapped wrapper is wound on the conductor 4, and preparations are made for arrangement of the assembllied mica wrapper 7 on the most inner layer and the most outer layer of the wrapper and the intepositioned section of the layers and the coil end insulating tape 6. As the assembllied mica wrapper has a strong retention strength for resin, the adhesive strength can be increased.
