CONSTITUTION: The end of a rubber-plastic cable to be connected is stepped and one cable conductor 2 is connected to other cable conductor, and a rubber-plastic tape turn layer 3 of a thermally fusible layer is wound over both cables. Subsequently, a heat isolation layer 6 composed of the material having a softening point higher than a fusible temperature of the rubber-plastic tape and having a high electric insulating property is formed on the outer periphery of the layer 3 and a two-split coil winding spacer 8 consisting of non-magnetic material, having a high electric insulation property and provided with a spiral groove 7 for coil winding is fitted on the heat insulating layer 6. A high frequency coil 4 is wound aroung the goove 7 in the spacer 8 and is supplied with- high-frequency electric current to integrally heat-bond the layer 3a.
