Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned circuit having high accuracy by adding a simple temperature compensating circuit consisting of resistance and diodes. CONSTITUTION:The circuit which is constituted of a bridge consisting of diodes D3-D6, and the Zener diode Z3 generates the voltage of Es in the output 4 of this circuit through the route of R5--D3-Z3-D4 when the comparator OP2 is high. When the comparator OP2 is low, the voltage of -Es is generated in the output 4 of the this circuit through the route of D5-Z3-D6-R5. The resistance R6, the diodes D1, D2 and D1', D2' constitute a temperature compensating circuit, and when the comparator OP2 is high, D1 is turned on, the positive voltage Es' is generated, and when the comparator OP2 is low, D2 is turned on and the negative voltage -Es' is generated. The resistance R7 and R8 supply the voltage Es' and -Es' to both the integrating circuit OP1 and the comparator OP2, respectively, and are connected so that the polarity becomes opposite to the voltage Es and -Es of the otput 4.
