PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned circuit having high accuracy by adding a simple temperature compensating circuit which is constituted of resistances and diodes. CONSTITUTION:A temperature compensating circuit is constituted of a resistance R6 and diodes D1, D2. When the comparator OP2 is high, the diode D1 is turned on and positive voltage Es' is generated, and when the comparator OP2 is low, the diode D2 is turned on and negative voltage -Es' is generated. The resistances R7 and R8 supply said voltages Es' and -Es' to the integrating circuit OP1 and the comparator OP2, respectively, and are connected so that the polarity becomes opposite to the voltage Es' and -Es' of the cathode side 3. When the voltage of Zener diodes Z1, Z2 is made 6V or so and those which have a small temperature coefficient are used, the temperature compensation is executed in the circuit shown in the figure.
