Abstract

The charging resistance of the time limiting circuit is equal to a parallel synthetic resistance of the resistor VR and the resistor R. Then the initial value of the charging characteristics, the temperature and the leaked current can be compensated respectively by setting the value of the resistor R at a proper level.
