Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate no noise, and also to execute a nonlinear compensation comparatively exactly, by switching and superposing the compensating voltage to reference voltage in a period decided in advance in the second integral period. CONSTITUTION:A compensating voltage generating circuit 43 is provided so that its compensating voltage is superposed on reference voltage in a section decided in advance in the second integral period. According to such a constitution, its constitution is very simple comparing with the case when a period of a clock is varied in the second integral period, also there is no possibility that a noise goes into an integrator different from the case when an integral constant is switched, and also the reference voltage itself is not switched, therefore, even if accuracy and stability of a resistance value of a resistor constituting the compensating voltage generating circuit are comparatively low, a correct output is obtained.
