Abstract

PURPOSE: To always perform accurate correction for starting operation and fully obtain starting characteristics, by controlling a throttle valve actuator at start cranking operation with a target of intake negative pressure.
CONSTITUTION: In a device provided with a throttle actuator 7 for controlling a reset position of a throttle valve 13 and a fuel solenoid 5 as fuel quantity increasing means of concentrating mixture, memory means, for giving a prescribed target data required at cranking operation when a starter switch is turned on, is further provided in a control unit 12. Then the actuator 7 is controlled in such a manner that detecting output of an intake negative pressure sensor 8 becomes at start cranking operation a prescribed target value by the target data given from the above described memory means. While the above described memory means is constituted such that output of a cooling water temperature sensor 9 is input to give target intake negative pressure data as a function of the above.
