Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover water and other fractions separately by providing heaters, heat insulating materials and coolers to the route for the product of thermal decomposition of org. materials, giving a temp. gradient thereto, and providing condensate take-out parts to plural places of the route.
CONSTITUTION: A sample 8 of org. material such as high molecular material is filled in a reaction vessel 7, and is thermally decomposed by a fluid heat medium 9. Heat insulating materials 16, 17 are beforehand wound above the vessel 7 and around heaters 10W13. Also, hot water 18 is beforehand passed in a cooler 14 and cold water 19 in a cooler 15. The heaters 10W13 are controlled and the temperatures of the hot water 18 and the cold water 19 are respectively controlled in such a manner that the thermometers T3WT6 in the upper positions of condensate receivers 1W4 read respectively prescribed temperatures, by which respectively desired condensate fractions are recovered into the receivers 1W6. The uncondensed part is released as a waste gas 20.
