CONSTITUTION: When all the leading end valves V2 are kept closed under a closed condition of the main valve V1, the second valve body 2 is kept closed under a pushing gas pressure for a diaphragm 9 against the spring 10. When a secondary pressure is decreased, the pushing gas pressure for the diaphragm 9 is also decreased to open the valve body 2 and to complement the secondary pressure. If this decreased secondary pressure is due to a meteorological variation, a decrease in a volume of gas is gradually restricted with a flow metering part 3, and then the secondary pressure is increased, resulting in closing the valve body 2. If the decreased secondary pressure is due to a gas leakage, a speed of increasing gas volume is lower than that of the decreased secondary pressure, so that the secondary pressure is decreased in sequence and then the first valve body 1 is closed. When it is desired to start the operation again, the push button 11 is depressed to open the valve body 1 and gas is flowed into the secondary system to make a rechecking of safety operation.
