Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the size and to facilitate the handling of a pilot valve by opening or closing the primary pressure port and the secondary pressure port by a supply valve moving together with an exhaust valve.
CONSTITUTION: Gas pressure is introduced in the diaphragm chamber 3 of a gas control valve A since the primary pressure port 10, secondary pressure port 11 and a pressure port 7 communicate with each other. When the operation of a pilot valve B is released by a reset signal after the operation of the pilot valve B, the primary pressure is introduced into the diaphragm chamber 3 from the primary pressure port 10 through the pressure port 7 to push down the diaphragm 2 so that the main valve is opened to allow the gas to flow. In this state, when gas leakage exceeding a fixed degree occurs at the secondary pressure port 11, the primary pressure leaks from the secondary pressure port 11 so that the prescribed pressure is not applied to the diaphragm chamber 3. Consequently, the diaphragm 2 is pushed by a coil spring 5 and the main valve is closed.
