Abstract
PURPOSE:To follow a minute signal change without distortion of the signal, by sampling and holding the video signal in time series and by comparing the deviation between adjacent sampling signals with a prescribed blind sector reference value to decide it. CONSTITUTION:The video signal from image pickup tube 10 is sampled synchronously with clocks of clock generating circuit 20 by sample holding circuit 11 to obtain sampling signal 6. Singal 6 is delayed by delay circuit 12 and becomes one- clock delay signal 22. The differece components between signals 6 and signal 22 are obtained by differential amplifier 13, and amplifier 13 generates difference signal 23 and inputs it to comparators 14 and 15. Comparators 14 and 15 compare blind sector values delta and -delta from blind sector value setting equipments 16 and 17 with signal 23 to obtain binary UP signal 24 and DOWN signal 25. Singals 24 and 25 indicate rising and falling of the signal, respectively, and these signals are inputted to FF18 to binary signal 26.
