PURPOSE:To perform stable signal transfer with small attenuation of a light signal by eliminating a shift of optical axis position, a difference in angle, etc., by coupling the 1st and 2nd optical connectors together detachably via a coupling member and by providing magnets which attract each other. CONSTITUTION:The 1st connector case 1 with fixed optical fiber cable OFT2 is made of a magnetic and hard rubber type material in a cylindrical shape, and into the 1st connector, part of holder 3 is inserted and formed cylindrically. Photodetector 5 receiving light signals from OFT2 is provided at its outer circumference with cap for axis matching with OFT2 and supported in holder 3 via cap 6, which is made of a magnetic or soft rubber type material. The 2nd connector case 10, on the other hand, has grooves on its inner and outer circumferential surfaces, and is provided at its flank with output connection pin 11 and lead wire hole 12. Consequently, the attenuation of light signals is reduced and stable signal transmission can be performed.
