Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure adhesive strength with precision by coupling a tension and compression type load cell with a press-bonding and peeling type adhesive-force measuring device and by applying a sample with compression and tension load via the load cell. CONSTITUTION:When servomotor 29 is rotated at a prescribed speed by control circuit 50, moving body 30 is lowered through thread-cut rotating shaft 23 and at the same time, load cell 31, load shaft 32 and sample supporting body 33 are also lowered to press-bond upper sample 3 to the lower sample. At this time, load cell 31 is applied with a compression load and the output signal of anplifier 40 becomes negative. Then, while driver 45 turns on display lamp 7, driver 46 permits display device 12 to display a negative press-bonding load and further signal processing circuit 42 performs integration to display 13 its total energy. After the set time of setter 15 passes, the servomotor is reversed and display lamp 8 for a peeling process is turned on to display 14 the peeling energy.
