CONSTITUTION:A cooling medium 5 pumped up by means of a pump 7 is injected from an atomizer 13 in a foggy shape, and agitated into a tank 1 by means of a fan 14. The cooling medium 5 is uniformly scattered to a coil 2 and a core 3. Thus, the cooling medium 5 deprives the latent heat of gasification to cool the coil 2 and the core 3. The cooling medium 5 is mixed with an insulating fluid 4, and forcedly sent into a condenser 9 by means of the fan 14. The insulating fluid 14 is returned into the tank 1 by means of the fan 14.
