Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, by eliminating the need for the power source for generation of the DC bias current. CONSTITUTION:A part of the line 230 that gives an electric connection between the superconductive lead wire 8 and the earth Gn is put close to the Josephson element 5. In addition, the magnetic field Hg applied to the element 5 is offset by the current Ig flowing through the wire 230 to the magnetic field Hc to be applied to the element 5 by the control current Ic. Thus the current Ic flows in the opposite side to the current Ig at the access part of the element 5. The DC current Ig of a prescribed level is supplied to the basic circuit in which the Josephson elements 4 and 5 are connected in parallel via the wire 8 from the power source 1 via the lines 21, 22 and 230.
