Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A glass container 27 sealed in a gas with a cut 28 on a part of it is holded with a metal belt 29, provided in an outer tube 7 after a supporting wire 30 is connected. After exhausting processes including a prescribed outer tube chip off process, the metal belt 29 is heated from the outside using a high frequency heater to crack the container 27 initiating from the cut 28 on the container 27 and to release the gas in the container to the inside of the outer tube 7. Thus the gas with a prescribed pressure is sealed.
