Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a reliable gas turbine cleaning device by connecting a cleaning agent feeding piping, on which a pump is mounted, to a compressed air feeding piping and fitting shut-off valves in these pipings.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine is started when shut-off valves 16, 18 are opened and a shut-off valve 17 and drain valves 20, 22 are closed so that a part of delivery air from a compressor flows into a piping 12 and is pressurized by a spraying air compressor 13, and the compressed air is sprayed from a fuel nozzle 9 into a combustion chamber 4 while atomizing fuel. By closing the shut-off valves 16, 18, opening the shut-off valve 17, and starting a cleaning agent transporting pump 15 to start cleaning the turbine, the cleaning agent is sprayed into the combustion chamber 4 through pipings 14, 12 and a spraying air passage 11 of the fuel injection nozzle 9, so that turbine moving blades 1 and turbine stationary blades 2 are cleaned by the sprayed cleaning agent. By opening drain valves 20, 22, the residual cleaning medium in said piping 12 can be discharged.
