Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a separating efficiency of a lubricating oil by a method wherein a leading-in pipe for letting the high pressure gas discharged from a cylinder chamber flow into an oil component separator is formed in the rearside block and the sealing material is interposed between the outer circumference of the rearside block and the inner circumference of the casing.
CONSTITUTION: The chamber space consisting of a cylinder 25 and the concave notch 24, 24 is separated from the space of the rear part of the casing 22 by an O- ring 37 held inside a groove on the outer circumference of the rearside block 27 and inserted to give airtightness between the inner circumference of the casing 22. Thereby some pressure difference is produced between both thereof, and consequently the high pressure gas containing lubrication oil once discharged into the concave notch 24, 24 being compressed in the cylinder chamber, passes through the oil separator 35 through the leading-in pipes 24, 24 through which the high pressure gas flows into the oil separator 35 thus raising remarkably its separating efficiency.
