Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the free setting alteration of the start address for the user by memory circuit and then setting the memory contents to the program counter via the reset signal.
CONSTITUTION: Address memory circuit 25 consists of nonvolatile memory elements M0WM7, and elements M0WM7 comprise transistor Tr26 in which power source VDD is connected to the drain and the gate each plus contact 26 connected to the source and nonvolatile memory element 27 in which the drain, the source and the gate are connected to contact 26, the earth and terminal G7 respectively. Here elements M0WM7 can be written and erased from outside, and memorize at least part of one address in circuit 25 to set the memory contents of circuit 25 to program counter 31 via the reset signal. Thus the user can set and alter the start addresses freely.
