Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the breaking characteristic of a transistor by a method wherein feedback winding is connected to a base of the transistor through inductance and inverse bias voltage just after the transistor is at OFF is enlarged.
CONSTITUTION: Inductance 10 is inserted between one end of the feedback winding N4 of an output transformer 3 in a push-pull type inverter device containing transistors 4, 5 and the transformer 3 and a base of the transistor 4. Thus, short-circuit currents generate voltage at the both ends of the inductance 10 when the both transistor 4, 5 are under ON conditions, inverse electromotive force with inverse polarity is generated at the reactor 10 when the short-circuit currents expire, and the inverse electromotive force is applied to the feedback winding N4, and given to the transistor 4, which is in OFF, as inverse bias voltage. Consequently, inverse bias just after the transistor is at OFF can be enlarged, and breaking characteristic can be stabilized.
