Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately obtain mutually complementary voltage-current conversion characteristics of a specified inclination wherein the current value to which both output currents of transistors coincide is small by so connecting a constant voltage from a constant voltage source between the emitters of first and second transistors as to be applied via resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The I1 out of the output currents I, I2 drawn out after voltage- current conversion drives a power transistor Q5 through a current mirror circuit consisting of transistors Q5, Q4 and the I2 directly drives a power transistor Q6. Then, the AC voltage coming in to input terminal 1 is power amplified respectively of its positive polarity portion and negative polarity portion by the power transistors Q5, Q6 and is then outputted from output terminal 3. Here, when the AC voltage of a large amplitude comes in to the input terminal 1, a large voltage gain is obtainable.
