Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain complementary voltage-current converting characteristics accurately by connecting both emitters of first and second transistors to input terminal via resistance.
CONSTITUTION: When an AC voltage comes in to input terminal 1, the I1 out of the output signals I1, I2 drawn out after having undergone voltage-current conversion drives a power transistor Q5 through a current mirror circuit consisting of transistors Q5 and Q4 and the I2 directly drives the power transistor Q6. Then, the AC voltage having come in to the input terminal 1 is power amplified of its positive polarity component and negative polarity component by the power transistors Q5, Q6 and is outputted from output terminal 3. At this time, the current value I0 of idling current is of a small value and therefore a large current gain is obtainable.
