Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a temperature detection portion of a clock by using semiconductor elements in an integrated circuit in the clock as temperature detection elements.
CONSTITUTION: Resistors 10, 11, R1WRN-1 have an equal temperature factor, and resistors 12, 13 different temperature factors. In cells C1WCM, MOS transistors are combined together, which permit a transmission gate and β in each cell to have a value of equalized progression.
