Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform accurate temperature control even in case of using a thermocouple with small thermoelectromotive force, by using a noise eliminator circuit for the temperature control of a heating body.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage developed across thermocouple 21 connected to heating body 12 is impedance-converted by amplifiers 22 and 23 and its differential voltage is detected and amplified by differential amplifier 24 to obtain output waveform (a). This output is inputted to summing amplifier 42 via resistance R4 and also to alternating-current amplifier 41 at the same time. Alternating-current amplifier 41 phase-inverts its alternating-current component only to obtain output waveform (b). Summing amplifier 42 adds the outputs of amplifiers 41 and 24 together to obtain outputwaveform (c) of the direct-current component with alternating current components canceled. Using the thermocouple, therefore, makes it possible to detect accurate thermoelectromotive force with no noise, and consequently accurate temperature control can be performed.
