The output signal gvin from comparator P controls local oscillator 01 to eliminate the difference of the oscillation frequencies between the reference oscillator and each local oscillator. Accordingly, the reception frequency is decided by sweep oscillator 04. As oscillator 04 is independent from the control system, the high-speed sweep becomes possible with no limitation given to the loop response velocity of the control system.
