CONSTITUTION:A voltage control quartz oscillator 127 is controlled by phase comparison of a master station intermediate frequency signal and a frequency dividing output signal of a reference oscillator 100. The reference oscillator 100 is phase synchronized directly with the received signal. The voltage control quarty oscillator 127 as a local oscillator carries out heterodyning of received signals of the master station and respective suboffices, and lowers the intermediate frequency. By lowering the intermediate frequency, the operating frequencies of phase tracking filters 102 through 104 and phase difference circuits 108 through 110 are all rendered into several MHz or less, and the intergration is facilitated.
