Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid the defective fromation by forming the inner barrel part forming the reel hub into the slit shape and thus securing the uniform difference of thickness for each part of the hub.
CONSTITUTION: For reel hub 13 of the resin component, the injection molding is given in a body with one of a pair of opposing flanges along with the other side flange receiving the ultrasonic welding. Such hub 13 consists of outer barrel part 8 and inner barrel part 9, and slits 11 are formed at the outer circumference of support axle hooking ribs 6 each at part 9. And the thickness of ribs 6 is reduced according to slits 11, thus securing the uniform difference of the thickness for each part of the rib to avoid the defective formation.
