い他方の側板(ボスを嵌合する孔部を有する)を接合し
、ボスをかしめることによりテープリールとなすわけで
ある。第10図に表ゲート方式によるテープリール成形
用ホー/ )ランナー金型の断面図を示す、即ち、金型
15にはゲート16及びホットチップ17が設けられて
おり、ゲート16から樹脂が全体に均一に注入され、テ
ープリール部品が成形されるわけである。このようなテ
ープリール部品を射出成形により作成する場合、精度の
向上を図るためには、金型自体の精度が良好でなければ
ならないのは勿論であるが、樹脂を注入するゲートを金
型のいかなる個所に設けるかも極めて重要な問題である
。なぜなら、特に前記したテープ巻芯4(さらには円筒
2)には充分な円筒度が要求されるが、樹脂の注入が均
一でない場合には、収縮度が異なることによってテープ
巻芯等にゆがみが生じ、円筒度が充分に満たされなくな
るからである。このような現象は成形サイクルを上げる
ために冷却時間を短縮した場合に特に顕著であり、従っ
てゲート位置の選択は生産性にも影響を及ぼす問題であ

1図に示すようにゲート位置をかしめ用ポス7の先端に
対応する位置に設けること(実公昭58−42108号
)を提案した。しかし、これらゲート位置については次

ート部から樹脂を注入し゛、成形することを特徴とする
形状・精度の良好なテープリールの製造方法及びそれに

本発明に用いられるテープリールの製造方法において用

、本発明に用いる樹脂は、通常用いられる熱可塑性樹脂
