Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily make a double-walled container of sure airtightness, by coupling an outer and an inner boxes to each other and coating their coupled parts with injeted resin.
CONSTITUTION: The flanges 3, 7 of an outer box 1 and an inner box 5 are coupled to each other. The boxes are then fitted in an upper metal mold 14 and a lower metal mold 15 so that small gaps t, t' are defined on the outside surfaces 13, 13' of the flanges 3, 7 but the other parts of the boxes are located in tight contact with the molds.
