Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the separation of a product from a mold, by providing vapor holes on the recess of the mold so that the vapor holes on recess faces parallel with the direction of the separation extend obliquely to the direction. In this case, vapor holes 15 on cavity faces parallel with the direction A of separation of the shaped product B from the mold are caused to extend not perpendicularly but obliquely to the direction A of separation. EFFECT:The shaped product can be easily separated from the mold. The surface of the product is prevented from being scratched due to breakdown of burr of the product itself.
