ための作業はもとより不要となり、生産性は大きく向上
する。一般に、この種の固定用突起は周方向に適宜間隔
で複数個設けられるが、その内の一つにこうした本発明
を適用すれば良い。

する場合、併せて採用すると望ましい構成は、第5図の
横断面に示すように、内筒部分9の肉厚を周方向の各所
でできるだけ同じになるようにすることである。即ち、
第3図の従来例においては、内筒部分9の肉厚は、録再
機器側の支持軸に係合するリブ6 、、、、のある所9
aでかなり厚く、一方、溝7のある所9bでは相当薄く
なっている。そのため、ストレスがうまく分散しなかっ
たり、成形後の硬化時に硬化ムラを生じて製品精度に影
響を及ぼす等の問題が生ずることがあったからである。
