Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise sterilizing effect by mixing water after sterilization in a sterillizing system in which polluted water si sterilized by using solid chlorine disinfectant by providing a passage aperture at the lower part of the upright chemical cylinder of flow-down trays and by providing an overflow sluice at the lower end of the flow- tray.
CONSTITUTION: The chemical cylinder 1 packed with the solid chlorine disinfectant 10 is provided vertically on the flow-down tray 2, and the polluted water flowing from the inlet 9 into the upper part of the tray 2 is passed through the aperture 3 provided at the lower end of the cylinder 1, during which is dissolves the disinfectant 10 and is sterilized itself. The polluted water overflowing the overflow sluice 4 provided at the exit side of the tray 2 is once discharged from the exhaust pipe 6 provided on the wall of the sterilizer 5. The sterilized polluted water is temporarily stagnated on the tray 2 and then discharged, so that the disinfectant is uniformly dissolved in the polluted water and flowed down.
