Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a uniform surface and covering on the surface to be processed at the same time, by making the surface to be processed of processing body as one hand electrode and using rotating type or oscillating type electrode for another covering electrode and then, controlling so as to be contact condition between both electrodes constant.
CONSTITUTION: The electrode wire 3 provided with the rotating cylindrical body 2, is set on the end plane of the body 2 at the symmetrical position against the surface to be processed 11 of the processing body 1. Next, the driving shaft 4 of the body 2 is rotated by the motor 5 and actions, such as contact, sliding and detaching, of the free end 13 of outward extending wire 3, are carried out repeatedly against a fixed part of the surface 11. As a result of it, spark discharge is discharged and metal deposit is formed on the surface 11 and then, metal layer is laminated. On this occasion, laminated part is charged according to the relative change of contact position and laminated layers are changed by changing number of rotation, interval between the wire 3 and the surface 11, contact angle, number of vibration and strength of turned current. Also, uniform surface and covering, are able to form at the same time by setting up these conditions suitably.
