Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to catch very small amount of components in air quickly and simply without measuring the air to be inspected, by providing the concentrating tube enabling the equilibrium of concentration for objective materials, in the air constant temperature vessel which can be make temperature control of room temperature to about 200°.
CONSTITUTION: The power supply for the constant temperature vessel 1 is activated, and the temperature of the vessel 1 having the thermometer 10 is controlled to a given temperature.
