Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively absorb vibration of a machine installed on a frame, by putting elastic material such as rubber between external and internal cylinders for obtaining adequate slide resistance between them and inserting springs in the internal cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A external cylinder 2 erected on a base plate and an internal cylinder 1 is set to a machine are fitted to a common shaft, and elastic material 3 such as rubber put between both cylinders 1, 2. A notch 13 is made on the external cylinder 2 to adjust the slide resistance generated in the elastic material 3, and its reduction by clamping with a bolt 9 can increase the slide resistance. Two springs 4, 5 are set together with spring pegs 6, 8 in the internal cylinder 1. A setting bolt 12 is screwed in the upper center of the internal cylinder for installing the machine to compose a vibration insulating device.
