Abstract

PURPOSE:To economically produce the superior captioned steel plate by rolling the slab blank for the directional electromagnetic steel plate of low C contents to the final plate thickness by a twice cold rolling method of performing cold rolling of the first time at the specific draft or more then subjecting the steel plate to box annealing or open coil annealing.
