Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the anisotropic electrical sheet whose magnetism exhibits stable and high values by hot-rolling the slab of sufficiently low C contents for anisotropic electrical sheet by an ordinary method, and subjecting the same to secondary recrystallization annealing through rapid heating and short-time soaking while it is of cold-rolled texture after the final cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:The slab for anisotropic electrical sheet containing Mn; 0.03- 0.2%, S; 0.005-0.03%, Al; 0.005-0.06%, N; 0.002-0.01, besides the main components of C; 0.01% or under and particularly C<=0.004%, Si<=4%, is treated by the following method: After this slab is heated to 1300 deg.C or under, it is hot-rolled and if necessary it is subjected to hot rolling and annealing, after which it is cold- rolled preferably twice. Next, this cold-rolled plate is rapid-heated up to 950- 1200 deg.C at speeds of 10 deg.C/sec or higher and particularly 30 deg.C/sec or higher and is then subjected to secondary recrystallization annealing for 2-6 minutes in an atmosphere containing H2. Next, the slab having undergone the annealing directly yields the intended anisotropic electrical sheet or after having been subjected to surface treatment such as insulation film treatment or the like in accordance with ordinary processes.
