CONSTITUTION:Electrode terminals 2 and 3 of the gate and the drain are distributed on the mounting surface of insulated substrate 6, and at the same time source electrode terminal 4 to be earthed is provided on the surface opposing to the above mounting surface. Then package 1 is formed square within cavity 5a of cavity resonator 5 via substrate 6, and package 1 and substrate 6 are connected electrically through pressure of electrodes 2 and 3 of package 1 via a pair of electrode pressure components 11.
