Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the sea-surface floating substance to be left in a dock and adhered on the floor by arranging an injection pipe which jets out the ballast water in a ballast tank along the front and rear surfaces of the board wood of a floating dock and allowing ballast water to jet out from said injection pipe when the floating dock is floated.
