Abstract
PURPOSE:The welding wire which is obtainable by containing Si or Al or Al-Ni at respectively sepecific ratios to Cu base and which is capable of keeping low the hardness of weld bond part and reducing the production of said part. CONSTITUTION:The welding wire of the spheroidal graphite cast iron which is composed of Cu as a base and is contained with Si; 2-5% or Al; 8-10% or Al; 8-10% and Ni; 3-6%. This welding wire is entirely different in its basic components from conventional Fe-Ni base one, is of the bronze base contained with Si, Al or Al-Ni, is considerably improved of its economy, and is capable of reducing the production of cracks by decreasing the hardness of the bond part.
