Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent foaming in an insulating layer by winding a tape for preventing the outflow of resin around a wire ring before injecting resin into the main insulating layer; winding a thermo-contracting tape on the layer; amd removing the tape after the resin has been hardened.
CONSTITUTION: A polyamide film as the main insulating material is wound on to the external surface of a conductor 2 on which a turn of a glass fibre is wound for the protection of the main insulating material. Next, a turn of tetra-ethlene fluoride tape as a peeling-off 4 tapes is wound so that the surface may not be exposed to the air in the course of hardening process, then a turn of tetra-ethlene fluoride treated by natrium as a resin adhesive tape 5 which shows a superior adhesive characteristic is wound. Then a thermo-contracting polyester fibre tape as a thermo-contracting tape 6 is wound on the most external layer. After heat treatment is added to the whole layer, the peeling-off tape 4, the resin adhesive tape 5 and the thermo contracting tape 6 are removed to form an electric wire ring.
